Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains shipping and delivery arrangements for orders placed with 3Dimensional Studio at www.3dimensionalstudio.co.uk.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory rights.

1. Delivery destinations and shipping costs

Available delivery destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping charges depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. Any applicable free-delivery offer will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges may apply separately to deliveries outside the UK, as explained below.

2. Order processing and dispatch

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Any processing or production time stated on the product page or at checkout is additional to the estimated carrier transit time unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update and explain your options. We will not treat your silence as agreement to an extended delivery date.

3. Estimated delivery times

Estimated carrier transit times after dispatch are:

  • UK Standard deliveries: generally 2–5 working days.
  • UK Express deliveries: generally 1–2 working days.
  • International deliveries, where available: generally 4–22 working days.

These are estimates. The destination, selected service, customs clearance and local delivery conditions may affect arrival times.

Where we agree a specific delivery date or period with you, that agreement applies. For UK consumer orders, unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.

If you need delivery by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

4. Stock availability and split deliveries

We aim to keep stock information accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to discuss the options, such as waiting for an agreed restock date, accepting an alternative, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

If we propose sending an order in separate shipments, we will explain the arrangements. We will not charge additional delivery fees for splitting an order unless you expressly agree.

5. Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to change it, email help@3dimensionalstudio.co.uk as soon as possible. We will try to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an order to be returned, we will contact you about the next steps and any reasonable redelivery charges. Any charges will be explained before you agree to redelivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. PO boxes and military addresses

We can deliver to PO boxes using postal services where the selected service supports the destination. Courier delivery to PO boxes is not available.

Military-address deliveries may be available through Royal Mail, subject to its destination and service restrictions. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address.

7. Tracking

Tracking is available where included with your selected delivery service. If you need tracking details or an update on your shipment, contact us with your order number.

An untracked service may not provide shipment updates.

8. Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email help@3dimensionalstudio.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate with the delivery provider and keep you informed. You do not need to pursue our carrier directly to exercise your rights against us.

For UK consumers, if we miss an agreed delivery deadline, or the applicable 30-day deadline where no other period was agreed, you can generally require delivery within an additional reasonable period. If we fail to deliver within that period, you may end the contract and receive the refund required by law.

You may be entitled to end the contract immediately if we refuse delivery or if delivery by the original deadline was essential in the circumstances, including where you told us this before ordering.

A carrier investigation will not extend any applicable statutory deadline or prevent you from exercising your legal remedies.

9. Goods damaged in transit

If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and, where safe and practical, photographs of the packaging and damaged items. Keep the packaging while we advise you on the next steps, if possible.

You do not have to refuse delivery to preserve your statutory rights. Being unable to provide photographs or retain packaging does not automatically remove those rights.

If a magnetic product is cracked, or a magnet is loose or exposed, stop using it. Keep it securely away from children and pets and contact us before returning it so we can advise on safe handling.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights and our Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. Responsibility for goods in transit

For UK consumer orders sent using a delivery service we offer, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to receive them.

A different rule may apply if you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer.

Any insurance or compensation limit imposed by our delivery provider does not limit your statutory rights against us.

11. International duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges may apply. Unless we expressly state that these are included or collected at checkout, you are responsible for paying applicable charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.

We will provide information about charges known to us before you order. Where charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will explain that additional charges may be payable.

If you are unsure about local import requirements, check with your customs authority before purchasing.

If a shipment is refused or returned because import charges have not been paid, contact us. Any refund and any proposed deduction will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We will not automatically withhold delivery charges or make deductions that conflict with your statutory rights.

12. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for our 30-day change-of-mind offer, statutory cancellation rights, return-postage arrangements and faulty-goods remedies.

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly. We will try to stop shipment where possible. Dispatch does not, by itself, remove a consumer’s statutory cancellation rights.

13. Contact

For shipping and delivery enquiries, email help@3dimensionalstudio.co.uk, quoting your order number where available.
